Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Our commitment

The Operator, Eden Jarmon, a licensed sole proprietor (Osek Murshe) registered in Israel Business no. 322374729, is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013. The Service targets conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the Israeli Standard IS 5568.

Conformance target

The Service is built to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts those guidelines. Conformance is partial: the accessibility work described below was carried out by the Operator and reviewed internally, but the Service has not undergone an external accessibility audit or certification, so full conformance is not claimed.

Scope of this statement

This statement covers the Snapset website at snapset.io, including the marketing pages, the sign-in and registration pages, the studio, the profile and billing pages and these legal pages. It does not cover content generated by users or by AI, nor third-party pages reached from the Service, such as the secure payment page hosted by the payment provider, which is subject to that provider's own accessibility arrangements.

Accessibility features

The following accessibility features are available across the Service:
  • A floating accessibility widget, reachable by keyboard, with adjustable text size, letter and line spacing.
  • Readable font, highlighted links, and highlighted headings.
  • Reading guide, reading mask, and reading mode.
  • Multiple contrast modes: inverted, light, dark, desaturated, and high saturation.
  • Custom colors for text, background, headings, and cursor.
  • Big cursor and enhanced keyboard-navigation focus rings.
  • Screen zoom and a stop-animations toggle.
  • Preconfigured profiles for vision, cognitive, epilepsy, ADHD, and dyslexia.
  • Dictionary lookup for selected terms.
  • "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
  • Semantic HTML with a single main landmark per page and a consistent heading hierarchy that starts at one heading level one.
  • Full keyboard operation of menus, dialogs, forms and the editors, with visible focus indicators throughout.
  • Dialogs with role="dialog", focus containment, and Escape-key dismissal, and ARIA labels on icon-only controls.
  • Respect for the operating system reduced-motion preference: animations, autoplay carousels and transitions are reduced or stopped.
  • A light and a dark theme, with text and interface colours chosen to meet the AA contrast ratios and no information conveyed by colour alone.
  • Full right-to-left support for Hebrew, built with logical CSS properties so layout, icons and controls mirror correctly, plus Spanish, French, German and English.
  • Alt text on meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology.

Date of the last review

The most recent accessibility review of the Service was carried out on the last-updated date shown at the top of this page. Reviews combine keyboard-only walkthroughs of the main flows, screen-reader spot checks, contrast measurement and automated testing, and are repeated whenever a significant part of the interface changes.

Known limitations

We would rather state limitations plainly than claim conformance we have not verified. Known gaps at the date of this statement:
  • The Service has not been audited or certified by an external accessibility expert.
  • Screenshots uploaded by users, and the mockups the AI generates from them, are images whose content we cannot describe automatically; meaningful alt text for them is the responsibility of whoever publishes them.
  • The studio editors, in particular the region editor and the image comparison views, are visual by nature; parts of them are difficult to use without sight even though they are keyboard operable.
  • The secure payment page and other embedded third-party components are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
  • Some machine-translated legal and interface text may be read with an imperfect accent or emphasis by certain screen readers.
Work on these items is ongoing, and reports of specific problems are acted on with priority.

Reporting a problem and contacting the coordinator

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need content in an alternative format, please contact the accessibility coordinator: Eden Jarmon, email ejarmon.design@gmail.com. It helps to describe the page, what you were trying to do, the browser and any assistive technology you use. We will acknowledge every accessibility request within a reasonable time, and in any event no later than 30 days, and will tell you what we can fix and when. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may approach the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Justice.
