Terms of Service

The Snapset service (the "Service") is operated by Eden Jarmon, licensed sole proprietor (Osek Murshe), Israel Business no. 322374729, Kinneret St., Ra'anana, Israel (the "Operator"). Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. The terms are written in a neutral register and apply to all users. Questions may be sent to ejarmon.design@gmail.com.

Snapset turns screenshots you upload, or pages captured from a website address you supply, into AI-generated device mockups. You choose the devices, the regions of the screenshot to show and the visual style, and the Service composes the result. The Service is a design tool; it does not review, approve or endorse the material you submit.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Registration requires accurate, complete details, and acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy is recorded, with its date and version, when the account is created. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of access credentials and for all activity in the account. The Operator may suspend or block an account for breach of these terms, misuse, suspected fraud or a payment chargeback, with prior notice where reasonably possible. A blocked account cannot generate mockups, capture websites or make purchases.

The Service runs on credits:

• One credit equals one generated mockup image.
• A new account receives 5 free credits once, after its email address has been confirmed.
• Credits bought in a credit pack are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. The free signup credits and credits granted by the Operator are valid for 3 months from the day they are added, unless a different period is stated when they are granted. Credits are always used in order of expiry, earliest first.
• Unused credits expire at the end of their validity and are removed from the balance. A reminder email is sent about a week before credits expire.
• Credits are deducted when a generation starts. If the generation fails for a technical reason, the credits are returned to the batch they came from; if that batch has expired in the meantime, they are returned valid for 7 more days.
• Credits are not money. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts or resold.

The credit balance, its history and the next expiry date are shown in the account at any time.

The Service is sold as one-time credit packs. There is no subscription, and nothing is charged automatically. Current prices:

• Starter pack, 20 credits: ILS 35 including VAT, or USD 9.
• Creator pack, 50 credits: ILS 80 including VAT, or USD 20.
• Studio pack, 100 credits: ILS 140 including VAT, or USD 35.
• Each pack is a single payment. Its credits are added to the account as soon as the payment is confirmed and are valid for 12 months.
• Buying any credit pack also lifts the limits of a free account, as described in section 7.

Currency and tax follow the buyer's location, which the Service determines at checkout from the request, and not a choice made by the user. Customers in Israel are charged in shekels at prices that include Israeli VAT; customers outside Israel are charged in US dollars with no Israeli VAT. Payments are processed by the Operator's payment and invoicing provider, which issues a tax document for every payment and emails it to the account address. The prices shown in the Service at the moment of purchase are the binding ones; the Operator may change prices and packs with prior notice, and a change never affects credits already bought.

Credits bought in a pack are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase and can be used at any time during that period. Credits not used by the end of it expire and are not refunded. There is no subscription to manage, renew or cancel. Buying another pack adds its credits to the existing balance, each pack with its own 12-month validity. If the Operator decides to close the Service, it will first stop selling credit packs and will keep the Service available for at least 12 months after the last sale, so that every buyer can use their credits for their full validity. Refunds of purchases are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The following limits currently apply:

• Projects: an account that has never bought a credit pack may keep one project at a time; buying any pack removes that limit for good. Existing projects always remain accessible for viewing and download.
• Screenshots: up to 8 desktop and 8 mobile screenshots per project.
• Generation: up to 60 images per batch, and up to 4 images generating at the same time per account; further images wait in the queue.
• Website capture: 2 pages per rolling 24 hours for a free account, and, for an account that has bought a credit pack, according to the largest pack bought in the last 12 months: 15 pages for the 20 credit pack, 25 for the 50 credit pack and 35 for the 100 credit pack (15 once all packs are older than 12 months). The desktop and mobile capture of the same page count as one page. Failed captures do not count, and up to 2 blank captures a day do not count.
• Page discovery: up to 30 scans per hour. Where a site can only be scanned by rendering it, that scan counts as one page towards the daily capture limit.
• Protection against repeated failed attempts: many capture attempts in a short period may pause capturing temporarily, until the time shown in the Service.

The current limits are shown in the Service and may change with notice.

A coupon is valid for a single use per user unless its terms say otherwise, and is subject to the usage limit, plan restriction, currency and expiry date attached to it. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and cannot be combined unless stated. The Operator may cancel or withdraw a coupon, and reverse a discount already applied, where a coupon is used in breach of its terms, shared publicly without authorisation, or used through multiple accounts by the same person.

To produce a mockup, the screenshots you upload and the pages captured from an address you supply are transmitted to third-party providers for processing, and the Service relies on further providers for hosting, payments, invoicing, email and location lookup for tax purposes. Website capture is performed through a third-party rendering service, which loads the page at the address you supply; to produce a clean image, the capture may automatically close cookie banners and pop-ups on that page. Images are generated with an OpenAI image model. These providers are listed in the Privacy Policy. AI generation is probabilistic: two runs with the same input may return different results, output may differ from the source material, and the Service cannot guarantee that a generated image reproduces a screenshot pixel for pixel. This is a property of the technology, not a defect.

You keep all rights you hold in the screenshots, captures and other material you upload. Subject to your having the right to use the source material, you own the mockups generated from it and may use them freely, including commercially; the Operator claims no ownership in them. You grant the Operator a limited licence to store and process your material for the sole purpose of operating the Service and producing your results. Note that AI-generated output may not attract copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and that visually similar output may be produced for other users.

You warrant that you own, or are licensed to use, every website, screenshot, logo, trademark, image and text you submit, and that submitting it and generating mockups from it breaks no law and infringes no third-party right. You may capture only websites you own or are authorised to use; you must not capture pages behind a login you are not authorised to use, or pages whose terms forbid it, and you must not submit private or internal network addresses, which the Service blocks. You agree to indemnify the Operator against any third-party claim, demand, loss or reasonable legal cost arising from material you submitted or from the way you used the results, and to cooperate in the defence of such a claim. The Operator may remove material and suspend an account on a credible infringement complaint.

The Snapset name, logo, brand, software, interface, design, texts, style presets and site content are the Operator's property or licensed to the Operator, and are protected by law. Use of the Service grants no right in them beyond the right to use the Service as intended. They may not be copied, framed, resold or used to build a competing product.

The following are prohibited:

• Unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, violent or sexual content, and content involving minors.
• Material you have no right to use, including other people's websites, brands and trademarks.
• Circumventing credit limits, plan limits or payment, including through multiple or automated accounts.
• Circumventing website-capture limits, page-discovery limits or any other rate limit.
• Reselling access, sharing an account, scraping the Service, or calling it by automated means without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, load that harms availability, or any attempt to bypass technical or security measures.

Breach may lead to removal of content, suspension or blocking of the account and, on a free account, forfeiture of remaining free credits. Where paid credits are forfeited for abuse, the Operator will say why and the consumer's statutory rights are unaffected.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". No uptime is guaranteed. Maintenance, updates and provider outages may interrupt the Service, and planned maintenance will be announced in advance where reasonably possible. The Operator may add, change or discontinue features, packs or styles, with prior notice for changes that materially reduce what buyers receive. Discontinuing a feature does not shorten the validity of credits already bought.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and reflects the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. In summary: a purchase may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, and within four months for a consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen aged 65 or over, or a new immigrant, where the transaction involved a conversation; a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, may be deducted; and credits already used for generated mockups, and credits that have expired, are not refundable.

The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted availability or any specific creative outcome, and relies in part on third-party providers. Subject to any right that cannot be waived under Israeli consumer law, the Operator's liability is limited to direct, proven damage and shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by the user for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete the account from within the Service. The Operator may terminate an account for breach of these terms or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible. Deleting the account deletes the account, projects, uploads, mockups, credits, support conversations and their attachments. Remaining credits, including purchased credits, are cancelled without refund, except where a statutory cancellation right applies. Payment and tax records are retained for 7 years, detached from the account, as the law requires, as described in the Privacy Policy. Download what you need before deleting.

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

The Operator may update these terms from time to time. An updated version is published in the Service with a new last-updated date and takes effect on publication. Where a change materially affects a paying user's rights, notice is given by email or in the Service before it takes effect, and continuing to use the Service afterwards constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction, without derogating from any right of a consumer to sue in the place provided by law.
